A. We Replace products sold only under the Following Conditions:
Damaged during transit
Incorrect Product
To avoid transit damage issues and/or incorrect products being dispatched, we take maximum care at all levels of our dispatch process. Hence we have negligible transit damage or product issue claims. In spite of that if you have received a damaged product due to transportation the following are the actions to be taken immediately by you.
Also in order to claim damaged items buyers will have to provide 3-4 high resolution images.
Do’s
Once order was generated, you cannot amend/change your address information so before confirming the order kindly verifies your shipping and billing information.
All branded items are strictly covered under manufacturers warranty terms. No returns are applicable in appliances category.
In case of damaged item received kindly inform us within 24 hours of receiving the same with multiple images of the same, we will provide a replacement unit for the same.
Immediately inform us either by E-mail or Whatsapp details are given below within 48 hours from delivery received at your place.
We recommend taking videos and photos while unboxing or opening your order courier packing and share it with us in case of any issues.
Spares parts are covered under strict NO Return / NO Replacement policy.
Returns/Replacement period is for 3 days from the date of delivery only.
Dont’s
Do not accept delivery if you find the packaging is not proper from the delivery courier person.
In the case of large appliances do not open the product until the company installer has not arrived for installation.

Do not use the product or trial it. The labels, along with the box packaging are to be retained as is.
Once your claim is accepted by vadiraja.com , we will replace the product with a new one at no extra cost to you.
The new product will be dispatched only after receiving the transit damaged or incorrect product at the vadiraja.com warehouse.
vadiraja.com will pick up the transit damaged product from your doorstepo opnly within bangalore, other places shipping charges would be bared.
However, in locations where we do not have a reverse pick-up facility, we may request you to self-ship the product to us and the courier charges will be credited to you.
In case the customer fails to inform vadiraja.com within the stipulated time frame, we reserve the right to accept or reject such a request at our discretion.
vadiraja.com will try to replace the specific product ordered. However, the company reserves the right to offer an alternate product in case the product is Out of Stock or Discontinued by the manufacturer.
Spares parts, branded appliances, and items on clearance sales are covered under a strict NO Return / NO Replacement policy.
B. Order Modifications/Cancellations
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we dispatch the item.

Claims of the nature of ‘Buyer remorse’ (i.e. instances where products are bought by the Buyer by mistake or where the Buyer chooses to change his/her mind with regard to the product purchased by him/her) will not be entertained through this policy.
Any product that has been used or trialed will not be eligible to be returned/ replaced. Any faults in such products will be covered under the brand warranty and will vary from product to product.
Did not like the product/performance not as per expectation etc, for any/all such reasons no returns will be accepted in case of branded items.
C. Product Warranty

All branded items are strictly covered under the manufacturer’s warranty terms. No returns are applicable in the appliances category.
If you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it, contact us for assistance. We will review the case and assist you with the best resolution. Forward and reverse Shipping charges will be applicable on case to case basis.
