We deliver our products across PAN India. We’ve tied up with multiple courier partner to ensure maximum coverage and best delivery times.
We even accept International orders and deliver our products across the globe through preferred courier partner Garudavega!
In case if the area is non-deliverable, we are sorry to say that the orders will be cancelled and refund will be issued. We are trying our best to expand our Delivery network to all other areas.

You Should Know This..

  • Retain the original sale bill and the Warranty Card, which should be shown to our Service Personnel for Scrutiny at our Customer Care Centres or during Home Service.
  • You can choose to register your product at www.preethi.in/register to avail service even without warranty card.
  • The Warranty does not cover damages due to mishandling, negligence, breakage, cracking or denting.
  • All repairs (arising from manufacturing defects) within the Warranty period will be done ‘Free of Charge’. Preethi offers “Life Long Free Service”. There
  • will be no charges for components or labour, except for travel charges in case of Home Service.
  • For repairs after the expiry of the Warranty period, nominal charges will be applicable for the components replaced. There will be no charges for labour, except for travel charges in case of Home Service.
  • Free service and replacement under Warranty does not extend the term of Warranty in any manner.
  • The Warranty is valid only in the country of purchase.
  • Defective components which are exchanged or replaced both under ‘Chargeable’ & ‘Free of Charge’ basis become the property of the Company to avoid inappropriate usage.
  • You are entitled to a free check up every 6 months with any of our Customer Care Centers.
  • If the product is tampered with or opened by any unauthorized person, the Warranty is void.
  • Warranty is void if the product meant for domestic use is used for any other purpose.
  • Service beyond the period of Warranty is subject to availability of spares.
  • Home Service is applicable for select products only.

3. How do I check the status of my order?
The order status is updated automatically in My Account >> My Orders section on the website. You can login to https://www.prestigexclusive.in to check the status of your order anytime or you can reach us at 9535621112 or email us at care@prestigeexclusive.in if you have any specific queries regarding your order.

4. How can I check if www.px.in delivers to my PIN Code?
Visit our website https://www.prestigexclusive.in & click on the product you want to buy. On the Product Details Page, enter your area pin code in the Check Pincode Availability field & click on Check. You will get a message on the screen if your area pincode is servicable or not.

5. How are orders placed on www.prestigexclusive.in delivered to me?
All orders placed on www.prestigexclusive.in. are dispatched through our Logistics partner. You can also choose to get the product delivered to any serviceable pin codes (Home Delivery) or pick it up from company authorised Prestige Xclusive retail store.

6. Does www.prestigexclusive.in deliver products outside India?
No. We only deliver orders within India

7. Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
You’ll not be able to modify the shipping address after you place an order. However, if you have entered the wrong address, you may want to cancel the order (before shipping has been done) and re-order the same. If shipping has already been done, you can send an email to care@prestigexclusive.in with the correct address.

8. I want to know about EMI (credit card) payment option?
The EMI options are being provided by the respective banks / credit card providers, in partnership with the payment gateway. You can choose any of the options listed based on your bank / credit card provider.

9. Why is sum total of EMIs more than the order value?
The sum of all EMIs would be more than the product price since it includes bank / credit card interest charges as applicable. Please get in touch with your Bank / Credit Card Provider to learn more about their EMI schemes.

10. How do I get a duplicate soft copy of my invoice?

We strive to deliver products purchased from us in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.

We charge a nominal fee of Rs.150-300 on any domestic order; and if the order value is more than Rs.5000, we waive off the delivery charges! (Applicable only for domestic orders; For International orders process is different. Refer to our FAQ page for more details)

Below are the delivery timelines to be expected:
Local (Within Namma Bengaluru): 1~2 days
Within Karnataka: 3~4 days
Anywhere in India apart from Karnataka: 4~5 days
Outside India: 6~7 days

The above timelines are as per the agreement with our courier partners and we’ll update you the tracking id via email once we courier so that you can track your package location accurately.
All our products stay afresh for at least 10~15 days so it will reach you as fresh as it is made.

The above timelines are after we dispatch your order. We strive hard to dispatch the items on the same day of the order if the order is placed and confirmed before 11:00 AM IST. However in some cases we may take a day or two to dispatch order. Please bear with us in case of such delays. We will try our best to keep you informed in these cases. Feel free to contact us on WhatsApp/Email in case of any queries.

In case if you receive the email as delivered but did not receive the products, please reach back to us via email/WhatsApp. We will ensure that the product reaches you if not a refund will be issued.

The delivery timelines defined above are applicable during normal days and does not hold good for the current COVID-19 situation.
The delivery timelines maybe stretched a bit and delayed due to the current COVID-19 situation; as all our courier partners are operating with limited resources and also there are lock-downs and seal-downs imposed in many areas which could also cause delay.

We accept returns as we do at our store!
Any products used or damaged cannot be returned  Also products whose Gurantee Terms would be filled up in guarantee Card Cannot be returned
Return pick-up facility will again be chargeable dunzo prices with pristine condition/mint condition, however you can visit our store with the product and we will be glad to help you out.

Tracking your Order
Once your order is shipped successfully, we will email you the tracking id. Please forgive us in case if we miss to send which might be due to large volume of orders.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellation,  kindly write to us at vadirajkitchenware@gmail.com with your request. Do not forget to mention the order id. In case if the order has not been shipped yet, we will accept the cancellation request and process for refund. But if the order id already shipped, cancellation request will be rejected.
If your order is successfully confirmed for cancellation by us, then the amount will be fully refunded. For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take up-to 2-5 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your respective account (depending upon your bank). The mode of refund will be same as the mode of payment selected by customer.

Do not worry, your data is safe. We do not share your personal information with anyone.

Typically it takes 1~2 days however may extend to 4~5 days depending on the incoming orders. We are striving hard to get the products delivered to you as soon as possible.

How do I make an exchange?
We are confident that you won’t return or be unhappy with our products. However, If any reason, you are dissatisfied with an item, you may return the item with the receipt that we provide to you. We will ensure that it is replaced or refund is issued as per your needs.
But sorry to say that we still do not have return pick-up facility.
You will have to walk-in to our store at Chamarajpet for any exchanges or returns.
