POLICIES:

PRICING POLICY:

1. All prices quoted are inclusive of GST
2. Discount structures may vary for different products due to improvements in market conditions.
3. Offer and quoted price will remain same and subject to availability of stock.

PRODUCT POLICY:

1. All uploaded images of products belong to respective brands/companies.
2. Images provided on the website are for illustration purpose and actual product may vary due to product enhancement
3. Authenticity of the products is a sure guarantee from our end.

RETURN POLICY:

1. Any products damaged or used cannot be returned.
2. Products whose warranty period is over as per the warranty card cannot be returned.
3. Return pickup facility available at any of our stores only on Fridays, 12:30 pm to 6:30 pm, again terms and conditions apply.

DELIVERY/CANCELLATION POLICY;

1. Tracking ID will be provided once the products you have ordered are shipped
2. Delivery charges mentioned are subject to Bangalore jurisdiction only.
3. EXtra charges applicable on orders pertaining to out of jurisdiction.
4. Cancellation request accepted and refunds will be initiated only if the products you have ordered are yet to be shipped and not after.
5. Successful cancellations confirmed from our end will be refunded fully, for DEBIT/CREDIT card/ NEFT/Bank payments, it may take 3-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
6. Mode of refund will be same as mode of payment initiated by customer at the time of purchase.

PRIVACY POLICY:

1. No personal information regarding vendor information/customer invoice/purchase history/mode of payment/Account details, etc will be shared with any third party other than the customer themselves.
2. Strict actions will be taken against any form of fraud or violent actions with the customers.
