  • Material – Stainless steel layer inside and outside, along with an Aluminum layer in between
  • The 304 grade stainless steel in the top layer is designed for longevity. It protects cookware from acid, that causes rust, and is present in many types of food.
  • The external layer is made of 430 grade magnetic stainless steel, so the cookware can be used on gas ranges, glass cooktops and even induction stovetops.
  • The middle layer is made of commercial grade 1080 aluminum. The heat extends from the bottom all the way to the top edge, making sure it’s evenly heated.
