These kadais can be used to make everything from the simplest poriyal to the slow-simmering gravies like Dal Makhani and Channa Masala. You can even use it to make some global cuisine favourites like Pasta sauce and Thai Curry too.
We season these Kadais for three weeks at a stretch with organic Castor oil and turmeric so that you can use it as soon as you buy it. Our Soapstone Kadais come in sizes ranging from 1 to 4 litres.
