  • Fix the Kneader hook rod in it’s place.
  • Put 2 cups of wheat flour in the drum.
  • Switch on the machine and let it run with the dry wheat flour for a short while .Do not pour water or oil in this stage.
  • Start adding water very slowly til the flour starts getting together forming small bubbles.(Add few drops of oil in this stage if you want).
  • Add little more water till the whole qty of flour gets kneaded well forming a single lump.
