First create a PDF document using an existing document and an image. Within the Create PDF window, click the Create PDF button and select the file that you wish to convert to PDF. If you want to save your document to PDF you must select the Save button. The Create PDF wizard will appear when you make a PDF using Microsoft Word. o Environprint paper signs: Environprint paper signs are a special kind of custom-designed paper sign printing. They are specifically designed to print on both sides, with both sides stitched together. They are woven together, which provides the best protection against abrasion and fade.
Option to fax: When printing from an fax it is necessary to select the Fax option. This feature isn’t accepted by all printers. Be sure to verify yours. If this is the only option available, the Fax option can save you cost on shipping. Also, because you don’t have to print your document on your computer, the cost of running the printer is lower.
o Custom paper size: Some printers automatically adjust the paper size according to the size you have specified. Some do not; so check your printer properties. If you alter the size of your paper during printing some printers may not perform the task correctly. To fix this, simply restart the printer after changing the size of the paper. If you are unable to access the printer’s properties and printer settings, you should contact the manufacturer.
Copying and pasting This will make it easier for you to locate it later. To copy, click on the copy button and select paste from the pop-up menu. Make sure you click OK if your goal is to change the paper sizes on your computer screen. The changes will not be saved if you do not click OK.
