“Carol Kessler: Dispatcher” is a third publication of the St Paul New orleans saints series. The storyline is about a faith healer who is demoted from her position as chaplain to the metropolitan archdiocese of St Paul. Because she efforts to find an alternative job, the lady finds very little falling deeply in love with another man. Things quickly go bad, however , the moment Kessler’s unique faith starts to waver around her and makes her much less accepting of persons from other faiths.
